Since he started, Mark has helped thousands of horses and their owners find a path to accomplish more than they thought they could, regardless of their interests. Â
Mark has put together a team and place that encourages both horse and rider to love their time together and make every moment count when at the Ranch!
FAMILY
When you come to Golden Sunset Ranch you immediately become part of the family.
We want every person and every horse to feel part of the herd and know they are safe.
TRAINING
We have full-time and part-time trainers that do a little bit of everything. Â
Whether you just want to have fun or want to compete, we’ve got a program for you.
ACTIVITIES
We have an active group of folks so something is always going on. Â

Part of having a good horse is providing it great care. Mark prides himself on running a professional barn. Everyone works hard to make sure every horse is cared for.
ROOM TO ROAM
We have 250 acres for you and your horse to roam. Plenty of acreage for turnout, breezeways, trails and access to other land around the ranch.
MULTIPLE ARENAS
We have an indoor arena, two outdoor arenas, and three round pens to work in. We also have grass fields to work in. There's always room for you and your horse.

As a family-owned and operated barn, reputation is everything. Mark and Jessie devote their full time and energy to overseeing the operations. With multiple trainers on site, a fantastic barn manager, and multiple employees, someone always has eyes on your horse.
Hard work and good care is fundamental to the success of a good horse. Mark supplies all of the hay, harvested on site. The property is constantly monitored and maintained. Safety for people and horses is top priority!

Turn Out - Trails - Open Pastures
With 250 acres, we have a lot of room to roam! Breezeways are maintained around the hay fields, trails are maintained through the forests, and we have 110 acres fenced for turn out and field board.
Every time you’re at the farm, you are in the middle of nature. There’s always someone willing to hit the trails with you or lose yourself in isolation.

Indoor Arena - 2 Outdoor Arenas - 2 Round Pens
Our indoor arena is 250×150 so you always have room. We have two outdoor sand arenas that are 60×100 and 40×80. We have three round pens and a grass field. Â
No matter what kind of day it is at the ranch, you can always find a place to ride.
